FAQ's

it's not a video. With video, viewers can only "play" and "pause." Street View lets your customers "walk through" your business at their own pace, taking time to stop and look around. They get to see your atmosphere and really get a feel for who you are and what you do.

How much does it cost?

A Google Street View Trusted ‘See Inside’ 360° Virtual Tour offers great value for money, as it is a one off fee based on the size and layout of your business. Making it very affordable to any business with no recurring charges.

How long does a photo shoot take?

Each business is different, as a result shooting time can vary drastically, for an average size restaurant or shop it can take around 45 minutes to capture all the imagery we need for your Google Street View Trusted virtual tour.

Our business is not currently listed on Google?

Don’t worry, we’ll save you the trouble of creating and verifying your Local Listing in Google Places and do this on your behalf, it’s all part of the service.(Available only in U.S, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Island and selected countries.)

Who owns the pictures you take?

Once published across Google’s ecosystem, the images from the photo shoot are yours, you have 15 days to request your high resolution copies which you’re free to use as you see fit.

How can I use it to promote my business?

You can embed it on your own website, share it through social media, use linked QR codes in your print ads, etc. When someone asks to see your facilities you can show them the virtual tour.

How long is the Google Street View online for?

Your Google Street View Trusted virtual tour is hosted by Google on the same servers that host Maps, there’s no cost for it to be hosted and it shall remain online until you require an update or for whatever reason, request it’s removal.

Will I be able to select a primary image for my Virtual tour published?

There is currently no ability to select a primary image. Primary (entry point) images are selected automatically using an image quality algorithm by Google.

Will there be "See Inside" thumbnail when my tour is published ?

In the previous interface design, See Inside, Street View, and Photos were represented by three distinct image buckets. This has proven to be a confusing and unnecessary distinction for our users because See Inside is often showing exterior views, Street View is often not on streets, and photos are often actually 360 photos. Thus, Google is moving away from distinguishing 360 photos with the "See Inside" language and are now showcasing 360 imagery on it's own visible tab in the photos gallery, both on mobile and on desktop.

Where do you cover?

Our offices are based in Maryland, USA, but we work Worldwide; wherever your business is we can go and include your imagery on Google Maps.
